1- Dried fruits
Dried fruits are some of the snacks
that some eat or are added to oats or others, but they contain a large amount
of sugar and sulfur, and then raise the level of sugar in the blood and
increase the severity of infections in the body, which makes the immune unable
to cope with infection and diseases.

Yogurt contains probiotics that
improve intestinal functioning, but canned yogurt sweetened with sugar and
fruits gives the body an additional 20 grams of sugars, which affect the
efficiency of the immune system.

lifestyle, not smoking, drinking little or no alcohol, sleeping
well, eating a balanced diet, taking regular moderate exercise and reducing
stress helps our immune systems to be in the best shape possible to tackle
pathogens.
