Labor market imbalances are currently adding to wage and inflation pressures, but labor demand will fall significantly next year as Fed tightening weighs on economic activity, according to Fitch Ratings.

As a result, the job openings rate (job openings as a percent of employment plus job openings) is expected to decline from the current rate of 6.5% to 5.2% in 2024, reducing job openings by 2.1 million. This would reduce the job openings to unemployment ratio to approximately 1.0 in 2024 from its currently elevated level of 1.86

Customer Service Representative / Call Center Remote (AAA East Central)

We are looking for Emergency Roadside Specialists to process requests for roadside assistance as part of our fast-paced, member service organization, demonstrating concern for member safety and effectively diffusing high tension situations.

- Full Time: 40 hours per week

- Starting at $18.00 per hour (plus weekend shift differential of 10% = $19.80 per hour)

- Virtual On-Line Paid Training: Starts January 10, 2023 for 7 weeks

Qualifications:

- You must have the ability to directly connect to ISP via Ethernet (no wireless, DSL, Satellite or Hot Spots etc.) Modem/Router must be in the same room as the computer equipment. Minimum 25 mbps download; 5 mbps upload.

- Ability to provide excellent customer service to 100+ member calls a day.

- Excellent written, verbal, and computer skills provide success.

- Requires 1 year of previous customer service experience. Call Center experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
